Kinnaird has more than a century old rich history and tradition of excellence in educating young women. Our students’ success cannot be defined by qualifications alone. Our graduates leave as dynamic young women, equipped to play leadership roles in whatever path they choose in life. To achieve this, students are encouraged not only to commit themselves to their academic program but equally importantly to participate in extensive opportunities available beyond the classroom.
We are proud of our academic programs that provide a holistic education taught by well qualified faculty. We are equally proud of our sporting success, our dramatics, debating, art and musical excellence and other creative avenues for students to pursue and benefit from. The elected student council along with faculty advisors play a central role in all such activities.
College life may be overwhelming as it is decidedly different from the school experience you are familiar with. The four years you will spend in your undergraduate program will be a crucial stage of preparation for your future life. Choose your academic program wisely, engage actively in activities you are passionate about and find time to enjoy and make lifelong friends.
Those of you who will be joining Kinnaird for the postgraduate studies, I welcome you to the two year MPhil programs we offer in different disciplines. At this point you are mature and I envisage well acquainted with the dynamics of higher education. I hope you make the most of what Kinnaird offers you in terms of quality education and the opportunity to learn.

Intermediate classes began in 1913, followed by B.A. Classes four years later. But even at that early stage Kinnaird sensed the need for more room to grow and so the college moved to Lake Road in 1926.
In 1933, land was acquired near Lahore’s famous canal and new buildings were constructed to house the streaming numbers of girls who flocked to this institution. By 1939 the twenty acre campus was humming with activity.
Today Kinnaird ranks as the country’s premier institution for education where over 5,300 students are enrolled at present.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Scholarship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be enrolled as a student for the current academic semester (Fall 2022)
Have at least CGPA of 2.50.
Have financial need as verified by the Scholarship Award Committee.
First semester students are also eligible to apply.
Scholarship Application Form with all required documents must be submitted in Registrar Office by November 04, 2022.
